When can you return:
The buyer has the right to return / exchange the goods subject to the following conditions:
- No more than 2 days have passed since the purchase, unless other conditions are indicated in the product description;
- There is evidence of the purchase of goods from the seller;
- The product turned out to be non-working or expired due to the fault of the store.
In the event that the store cannot offer a new working product or a similar one, the buyer can count on a full refund within 72 hours.
When you can't return:
The buyer is denied the right to return / exchange the goods under the following circumstances:
- Blocking the account in the service for which the product was purchased;
- Unsuitable goods with the description of which the buyer did not familiarize himself;
- More than 2 days have passed since the purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description;
- The conditions or instructions for activating the product are violated.
Important! The buyer is solely responsible for all financial costs and risks associated with the use of the goods and the return of the goods.
